REQUIREMENTS

A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be a university or polytechnic graduate
Not older than 45 years

B. RESPONSIBILITIES

Applicants must have banking or insurance working experience.
Applicant must possess not less than 5years cumulative experience in banking or insurance industry with Marketing or Business development functions.
To prepare strategic marketing initiatives and advise the management accordingly.
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Produce valuable and engaging content for the website and blog that attracts and converts to the target groups.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
Execute marketing and PR events e.g. webinars, conferences, promotional gift distribution etc.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous knowledge of handling, managing and supervising reasonable number of staff while in employment.
Good knowledge of client’s management would be an advantage.
Applicant must possess good experience in office management, strategic business development and strong business acumen.
