Maguire was seen at popular celebrity spot Menagerie the day after United's latest disappointing result as he attended his sister's 21st birthday party. Some corners of the British press - The Sun and the Daily Mail - picked up on the story, with the former commenting that "his broad smile was in stark contrast to the dark mood around Old Trafford after recent results". Maguire 's recent form with United has come in for criticism as well, though the loss to City was their final game before the November international window, with England due to play against Albania on Friday and San Marino the following Monday. Plenty of people, though, are understanding of the 28- year-old's desire to join his sister in celebrating a significant birthday.
