This elderly woman was caught by youth leaders with a new born baby at upper iweka in Onitsha, Anambra State.

The lady was rescued by the youth leaders from angry mobs who descended angrily at her.

Guilty of what?

If the woman actually paid the mother for the child then both of them are accomplices irrespective of her intentions.

There are orphanage homes she could have gone to legally adopt a baby if she needs one.

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. This issue is the same as buying a kidnap victim... You and the seller are human traffickers
