1. HAVE A PLAN: There is a popular saying that "He who fails to plan, Has already plan to fail."

No business succeed without a clear plan. A business plan is just like a map which we use for clear direction when we are going to places we are not familiar which eads and guide us so as to prevent us from walking aimlessly, Business plan serves the same purpose to your business it leads your business to exact place you want it to be in future. Never start a Business without a business plan.

2. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS

In business Customers are very important because THEY ARE KINGS, they are the determine factor of how far your business will go. It very important to have a clear picture how exactly your customers look like, what they love, the problem they go through daily, the kind of comfort they enjoy etc.

Knowing your customers is the same thing as when you know your onions you will eat your suya. When you know those people your business is meant to serve or cater for, where to find them and how to communicate to them will never be a problem.

3. HAVE A UNIQUE SELLING POINT

Don't always follow the crowd in business, find what works for you and stick to it. Following the crowd in business will not do your business any good because your will all look the same in the eye of your customers, looking different is what will make Customers believe you are different from others.

People don't buy your business, they patronize your UNIQUE SELLING POINT.

4. NEVER DEPEND ON FREE ADVERTISEMENT

When it comes to business it takes money to make money, nothing goes for free. A customer you don't spend money to acquire can never value the worth of your business.

When you spend money to acquire customers, you become valuable in their eye, they are going to perceive you as authority in your niche.

5. KNOW HOW TO SELL

The number one skill every entrepreneur must have is to know how to sell, no business run down because of too much sales, a business collapse when there is no enough fund to sustain it.

Sales is the lifeblood of every business. You as a business owner must be the first sales representative in your company before you hire one.

Nobody know the reason why you set up your business which means nobody can communicate your business to your customers more than you can do.

Take the responsibility of being the number one sales person of your business.
