TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

- Seller sends contract to buyer for signing.

-Buyer signs and send back to seller.

-Seller deposits the signed contract and send POP in form of video to buyer.

- Buyer confirms the video and instruct his bank to issue banking instrument in any form of SBLC, MT760, MT799, or BANK DRAFT to sellers fiduciary partner to enable seller proceed with shipping.

- Seller confirms the instrument and takes care of all expenses including transportation, taxes, insurance to buyers destination.

-Gold shipped to buyer’s refinery accompanied by seller’s representatives.

seller’s representative shall be in attendance in the refinery/assayer to witness the assaying process if necessary.

-Funds released after final assay at buyer’s refinery.
$45,000-2000 as commission to both parties
