The Rector of the Federal Polytechnic Offa (FEDPOFFA), Dr. Lateef Olatunji, says 440 graduating students of the polytechnic have bagged distinctions in various disciplines. Dr. Olatunji made the disclosure while speaking with journalists at the press briefing of the 11th Convocation Ceremonies of the institution on Monday in Offa, Kwara state. He stated that 3,744 bagged Upper credit, while about 6,638 had Lower credit and 1,445 made a Pass category. The Rector said 12,267 students would be convocating from the institution and would be awarded for National Diploma and Higher National Diploma. He said further that the convocation program will combine two sessions together due to the effect of COVID-19 pandemic.
