Ogbeni, not everyone will be in traffic early morning, some of us , our traffic only occur during our journey from the room to the kitchen..
I work in my environment so there is no need for traffic navigation

Yes sex addiction is a thing but some medics don't like to classify it as an addiction because we all are addicted to it. Because we naturally want to get a repeat of the high Everytime we climax

For people with an inability to control this urge, they usually have a lack of control over the part of their brains that control the action-reward mechanism

Sometimes a brain scan shows the frontal lobe is enlarged more than it should and all... If it interferes with your job I suggest you go for therapy.


As with all addictions talking to a specialist helps because it gives you someone to confine in and a support system.

But then... I have one question for you- do you have a job or something that keeps.you busy for most time during the day? because sex and drugs addiction is mostly a cause of an unsatisfactory lifestyle.

People who don't feel any form of satisfaction from what they do usually have a form of addiction - sugar, drugs, sex, alcohol, etc.

I don't mean a job that solves your financial problems. I meant a job or activity that you're truly immensed in and keeps your mind actively busy

Besides, how old are you? Younger males will always have a higher sex urge so it could be normal
