heavy rainfall can casue temporary flooding, what matters is that there are available drainage system that will evacuate the flood in no time

Shey countries abroad no dey get flooding after Heavy rainfall?

Like on a daily. Even some days in December we still experience rainfall. Not until late January/February then by march the rains continues. grin
