People often end up hungry when they shouldn't, especially people who don't have a balanced and correct diet, after all, if we eat correctly throughout the day, these problems don't happen, quite the contrary, healthy eating it is essential for our health and our lives.

It happens that many times we end up not having time to take care of our food, so people end up eating a lot of unhealthy things to quench their hunger at that time, they end up eating fried foods or baked snacks, which even though they do not contain as much fat from the oil, are made from wheat flour and this heavy dough ends up unbalancing our metabolism, thus creating a vicious cycle within us daily.

During meals it is necessary to eat something, but something healthy like a fruit or a large glass of natural fruit juice, this will give your body a kind of "healthy filling", making it hold on until the next meal, however , it's no use eating a fruit right away and you won't feel the difference right away, it will only come with time and with your body getting used to it, but getting used to it is necessary.

Therefore, avoid eating industrialized and fatty foods between meals, always keep a healthy food such as a fruit within reach, or a piece of fruit that you can make the natural juice of it, so you will be eating correctly, no you will be gaining weight and not modifying your metabolism, but you will be dodging hunger until lunch or dinner time, which are, apart from breakfast, the most important meals and where we generally ingest larger amounts of carbohydrates and calories.
