This post is not meant to be tribal,
But the reality on ground is for 4 days now, less than 30% of beneficiaries have received their stipend,and the annoying part is the process is so slow and 90% of beneficiaries who have received are from northern states with Abia the exception, this has led to a tribal rift between beneficiaries in various Npower batch C groups..
This post is intended to get the attention of those in charge to at least come up with an official statement to as the payment system so people can understand what is really going on else this might lead to something else at this current rate
