How Should One Tackle The Situation by Greenkim(f): 10:05pm On Nov 12, 2021
I took up a teaching job offer from a family member to work in his school ( the proprietor) because I am on long holiday, so I decided I to earn extra cash.

I was assigned to teach in the primary section. As a new staff I didn't really socialize with other staffs, I usually stayed on my own. I also didn't tell anyone that the owner of the school was related to me because I didn't want anyone to think I was underqualified or something.

So one morning, the principal called me and told me I should learn to greet people because some staff jokingly told her that I don't greet. I didn't argue with her and I immediately knew who it was. There was one woman who never responds to my greeting and she always gives me a stern look(impossible to impress her). Since then I usually avoid that lady.
I need to know how to tackle the situation because I don't want to have a bad impression on my family member.

When next you see her greet her. If she does not respond tell her I'm greeting you.
