it's likely an allergy, use prednisolone or dexamethasone with ampicillin, acetaminophen. Do apply penicillin eye or bethamethasone eye drop if sticky.

My brother go and do check up ok it might not be a serious issue so they will just give u drugs dats all.

Go to hospital and don't go putting any eyedrop without Drs prescriptions. Many things can make your eyes to be that way and only a Dr can do justice to that. Don't play with your eyes.
