The Jujutsu Kaisen series has become better and better with each episode. Gojou Satoru displaying his super-speed and strength at the early part of the series. To Gojou, at the time , Sukuna wouldn't have been able to defeat him in a one on one combat. This was, however, very insulting to, Ryomen Sukuna, the King of curses.

Let's take it from this angle, Sukuna with his complete 20 fingers and full control over Itadori's body, his vessel, Versus Gojou Satoru. Who do you think will come out victorious in a fight?
