Kenfarms ,Oxford, Cowforte and Agroparrnership...

Atleast I took a good decision in 2021 unlike 2020 where I lost so much

What I did right I guess was;
1 Originality (Agropartnership), 1 Highrisk (KenFarms )- I was scared about the offer but it came through 100% . 1 Trustee Guaranty (Cowforte). Their Trust Deed. 1 Payment Guaranty (Oxford) Post dated cheque.

Not an investment advise o.

I am kinda interested in what you have just posted. I have some questions if you do not mind.

1. What are the investments you made in 2021? Pla give details and the amount you lost and how you lost it.

2. Could you explain why there is originality in Agropartnership, high risk in Kensfarm? What are the trust guarantee & trust deed in Cowforte? And what is the payment guarantee of Oxford?

I am just curious to know. Personally, I do not believe in all these AgroTech investments as they are just computer boys who know how to raise fund from many people. They still contract farming out, and most end up crashing. Though, they mostly want to really invest in Agrix, but they dont know it.

I'm kinda interested in yout story in details.

In 2020 I invested in many of this investment company, I had been with some since 2018 and all have been going very well. I abit agree to there excuse of COVID-19 affecting there sales and all but again not all of them were affected by this plague. I lost over 6million initially and was able to get get only capital back from a few, HO Corn still owes me till date and Agropark since 2019. Only two completed my capital back after on year and a few still owing ..

2. Could you explain why there is originality in Agropartnership, high risk in Kensfarm? What are the trust guarantee & trust deed in Cowforte? And what is the payment guarantee of Oxford?

Please this is not an endorsement of this four companies but there was something different about them and my friend recommended them to me during her investment class.

Agropartnership have been the among the first 3 Agro tech companies that started in the last 4 years hand has never defaulted - I class them originality, they have also raised investors and have Microfinance bank license to operate big, I think that is some compliance and it's appluadable.

Kenfarms came in 2019, the looked so strong with Eggs productions , the returns looks exciting and has been fulfilling there part. I hope they continue to.

Cowforte came in early 2020 and issue a Trust Deed Agreement (Debenture) I think that is some decency, meaning there assets are at stake if they fail to pay me. Usually they tell you to pay to the Trustee and you get your money back from the trustee. Quite low interest dou but very sure and they limit people.

Oxford: very big in asset landed properties and offer a Post date cheque as a payment security. We know that someone is ready to go to jail if I present a bounce cheque. Good return per year and long year.

What you said is true, but #$hineyoureyes , there are few out there that are good, but you need to be sure very sure cos the probabilities are low.

Agropartnership seems to be able to pay back their investors timely but I have increasingly become very skeptical about them. They always start a new investment circle when an old circle is about to mature. At this rate, this company will keep raising money and no one can really tell if they are profitable or not. I mean how do we know that the return being paid out are actually returns from the farm. I have been tracking their Holding period return and it clearly shows a decline, the company now offers mostly higher returns with longer periods. This seems like a technique to mask investment failures and yet encourage more people to invest or reinvest. I have reached out to the company to ask them for their financial statements but they did not respond. It is either this company is so good at what they do or they have allowed themselves to degenerate into a Ponzi. I dare this company to not rais money more money for the next year lets see if they can actually pay their debts when due

I have become equally skeptical, it is more of a ponzi scheme. Creating new investments few days to pay back and using investors' money for payback on the elapsing cycle. I hope I can fully divest my investments with them.
