In this country, civil servants that witness transfers are just those with no enough fund to work their way into staying permanently in their suitable working location. No be today transfer at workplace start and no be today them begin violate am. Las las, them no go sack or retire anybody. 2 Likes |

blackpanda: I have exited this page as well as Nairaland but I had to come back and read your post again. You made it sound like he doesn't know what is talking about, but he is right. If people can pay to get into the civil service, there is a 105% guarantee that people pay for postings. About whom it is giving to, remember that the posting list was not compiled by the HOS, Minister or PS, someone lower in every MDA would have to start the compilation under the instructions of his higher up, but as usual, they fraud it out. |

luizpippo: That's not how this posting works sir. This is general posting for officers who have been in a particular schedule for a long period of time. It's a directive from head of service implemented by human resources. Bribe won't work. Civil service is not your mummy and daddy company, your money is useless. Besides how much does a level 9 officer have to even bribe anybody Lol. Your take home every month can barely take u to ur busstop let alone to bribe a director. Y'all should quit commenting on what u know nothing about. Thanks 1 Like |

I am not surprised, because most of them are employed through their cronies,House of Assembly members, Ministers, etc.... So it is normal. Even discipline is no longer effective in the Civil service because employments are done through the back door and secretly done fixing their cronies. How would they obey any directives ? |

blackpanda:Ogbeni wee u kee kwayet! In my Area Council, the civil servants I grew up to are still working there. If they are posted to somewhere else, within weeks you'd see them again. Likewise the civil servants posted to our Area Council from other places also keep complaining bitterly until weeks or Months and you won't see them again. You talk as if You are not a Nigerian. |

blackpanda: The same govt jobs jobless graduates have to bribe to be employed as level 8 or 9 officers? Or are we making reference to another Nigeria? He said your money is useless in the civil service , let me assume you are only trying to cover up the rot within it or clowning, but if you are dead serious, then I make bold to say you know nothing and you don't know you are clueless. For someone who knows so much to assume the list started from the table of a director, then you are truly clueless. 1 Like |

luizpippo: Pls go and rest. You are not in civil service so restrict your comments to your lane dear. If u were wise then u will know that recruitment is different from posting. Moreover, even if they bribed their way to not be posted, then why will they same people they bribed now be threatening sanctions Smh. Una no de think at all. How many of the so called phantom job buyers were threatened with sanctions Think for once! |

blackpanda: You were so dense to understand that no where did I say the HOS or the PS was the one who got the bribe. So how does that makes the bribe collector the one threatening them with sanctions. If truly this is tour lane, then you are a clear example of the civil service being filled with the wrong people. After all, you said someone should go and join a political party and contest to become the AGF/justice minister. Gedifok outta here. Si eba puo 1 Like |

ignis: This may wash ur delusion driven by ethno-religious bigotry: The FG civil servants from Kano, Jigawa, Kebbi, Yobe, & zamfara combined (5114) are not upto those from IMO state alone (5825). All these alleged nepotism or lopsided employment is either a ranting out of ignorance or an outburst that will soon reveal the true case of marginalised Nigerians because more northeners are employed now to balance & check the Federal character system which is one of the core function of the Commission. All those accusing North of depending on govt to earn survive need to wake up & access authentic data not concocted data means to tarnish PMB's image in the south with no authentic data to back their claims. Why are southern media report only appointments involving Northerners? I have complete list of PMB's MDAs appointments from 2015-2020 which clearly evident that South have taken lion share compared to North. I also have the data containing the statistics of political appointments of PMB also proven Southern Nigeria taking wide margin compared to North. Unfortunately, most educated Nigerians only learn the true nature of political game they're drawn into after govt has finished it tenure, that's when they'll know they're fooled by political tricks. The Director General, Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR), Dr. Joe Abah, on Friday, disclosed that no fewer than 89, 511 civil servants are in the Federal Government’s employ, across States of the Federation. 89, 511 civil servants in FG’s employ– DG BPSR Abah, in a series of tweets via his Twitter handle, @DrJoeAbah said that, States that topped the chat with most civil servants in the Federal Civil Service are Imo (5825), Kogi (5186), Ogun (4669) Delta (4419) and Akwa-Ibom (4416). In percentage, Imo State makes up ( 7 %), Kogi (6 %), Ogun (5% ), Delta (5%) and Akwa Ibom (5%). According to Abah, the Federal Civil Servants by State of Origin read thus: 1. Abia-3579 2.
