That's it - those 16 repetitive charges? Count 1 ", did conspire amongst yourselves to inflate the cost of 400 units of 40-inch Samsung (LNS. 341) television sets, " Count 2 ", did inflate the cost of 400 units of 40-inch Samsung (LNS. 341) television, " Count 3 ", rigged the bid for the procurement of 400 units of 40-inch Samsung (LNS. 341) television sets by refusal to follow all the procedures prescribed, " Count 4 ", did conspire amongst yourselves to inflate the cost of 800 units of Desktop Computers (HP Compaq dc 5700), " Count 5 ", did inflate the cost of 800 units of Desktop Computers (HP Compaq dc 5700) from N160,000.00 per unit, " and so on and so forth, You've got to give it up to these legal birds. On a more serious note, where are the charges relating to the 10 billion loan? Or is it that the much touted "soft landing" is now beginning to unravel. |

EFCC needs to prove that with Bankole perpetrated these acts and that he had the intent to defraud, rigged the bid? If they cannot prove that he had the said intention, bankole walks. Given our judges and the influence of the executives on them, I predict that Bankole will either be found not guilty of all charges or guilty of a token charge. |

Armed forces of Nigeria should please take over from these politicians before they ruin Nigeria further beyond repairs. This is essentially necessary and critical because the Armed Forces owe Nigerians a duty of care to protect Nigeria and Nigerians from both external and internal aggression. What kind of Armed Forces do we have in Nigeria today that will sit back and watch our so-called politicians and others loot and destroy our country? Our country is facing a criminal financial invasion all in the name of politics, and you the Armed Forces are there watching these politicians ruin us beyond repairs. Shame on you! Without missing my words, I Dr. Jordan Yellow, hereby demand that the ARMED Forces of the Federal republic of Nigeria should as a matter of economic necessity and control of political rascality, SEIZE power from these criminals running our great country. Such seizure of power will not be a Treasonable felony, rather it will be very well appreciated by Nigerians in general because the financial madness of looting, fraud, corruption, etc……. has now gone beyond belief. Before returning power to civilians, you must please ensure that the new or revised constitution does not grant immunity to any one in office, so that politicians do not hide behind these immunity clauses to commit any criminal act. While you the majority of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, as well as millions of Nigerians live in mind-boggling poverty, the so called leaders you have been obeying so fanatically, all live a life of pure luxury that will never come your way unless you put a STOP to this criminal looting of our fragile economy. Previously some ex-politician and bankers were on the looting spotlight, but nothing has come out of it because they ‘SETTLED’ the authorities. Today it is Bankole. He will soon be out of custody to enjoy his loot. I wonder why no Nigerian has questioned why politicians will be given allowances to run their constituencies. If the intention was to serve Nigerians, why did the management of NASS not employ suitable people for these jobs that the politicians collect money for and assign them to the politician directly to enhance, transparency, accountability, employment , etc…, instead of allowing them to receive allowances that they will not verify there disbursement. Legislators should only have been allowed to earn their wages directly, and nothing more in other to curtail fraud and corruption. The jumbo wages collected by each of these politicians per month, is more than enough to effectively employ at least ten unemployed Nigerians. Nigeria has a large population of unemployed people roaming the streets daily, while these politicians earn an amazing sum of money and also defraud us with useless legislations that will not help any one. Armed Forces of Nigeria, please wake up from your slumber and seize power in other to bring a level of FISCAL- CONTROL to Nigeria, unless you all rather die in poverty in the mist of plenty since you have deliberately allowed corruption and fraud to become a religion in Nigeria. Please, ACT NOW! |

JORDAN YEL:Armed Forces to take over? I guess you were born in the year 2003, or you have someone close to you to benefit from the military rule. Most of us that witnessed military rule doesnt want it again. It is no more in vogue and it is outdated. No any civilised country will go for military rule, their place is in the barracks, and it is expected they stay there. We will get there one day, those who had success story about democracy have lots of story to tell, and they did not get there overnight. If you ask for military rule, what hope does our children have to have a say in the governance in this country, once they taste power again, it will be another long years of backwardness in developments and introduction of decrees that will slow us back to stone age. Mr. Man, stop agitating for Military rule, at least you heard of all this embezzlements in democratic settings, you wont hear it in Military rule and it would happen too as they are not saint, and if you do hear about it, you cant do anything about it nor even talk about it. Forget it men, military rule is poo. |

twinstaiye: I thought I was the only one concerned about the post o. The poster (Jordan Yel) possibly is a teenager who heard about military rule and just wanted to have a taste of it. He would have gone to Niger Republic or some other banana republic led by the military to get a first hand taste of the military. A second look at the ID (Jordan Yel) suggests that he could also be longing for middle east kind of standstill. May God thwart his wicked desire! |

This is a conspiracy btw Bank Ole, his folks and Jonathan. Jonathan is sure backing him, and Jonathan and EFCC are fooling us Nigerians. There have been expectations of Bankole's arrest but then the trick is Bankole will be arrested but will not go down. Thats why we now have 16 senseless countcharges against him that he can defend and walk away. Even if he wld be sentenced he cld be given 2-3 months imprisonment or an option of 1M as fine. Nigeria!
