there is no case you cannot win provided you can prove your case and you have money to go about it

The fact here is that you need to understand that the bank is not individual, and while I try to empathise with you, and I know how hurt and terrible it could all feel but first of all, anyone you tell that you are pressing charges for this case would Prejudice you insane, honestly stuff like this can drive someone crazy but on the other hand you need to protect your mental health here cause no one will understand you and you would be drained along the line

This to you is not just about the amount but the fact that your life was in the line but God is the giver of life and thankfully you made it, if you press charges here, the judge might just order the bank manager to give you 2K, with the suposed accrued interest for for 3 months and subsequently send you back to the hospital so that you recieved the treatment, I know these things hurts but justice Is not based on feelings, your bank is going plead guilt and there is just little chances that the judge would slam them damages for a machine error.

I will advice that you contact the manager of the bank branch tell him that if nothing is done that you either go to court or do other things that's the best, all these while they had been serving you right, I don't think just this one time there happened to be issues is enough for you to press charges.

What is the reason why the transaction has not been reversed? If you have the money to sue them, you could give it a shot.

Just sacrifice the 2k for them. If it's a normal country is to report them to human right commission to fight on your behalf but as a dot nation and Many Nigerians don't even know that there is commission who can holding there case on behalf of them. My question is what is the purpose of creating HUMAN RIGHT COMMISSION ?

If you have a good lawyer and proves then you have a case, but if you no get money no try am.
Don't end up being a hunter that will become the hunted.

Banks feel they can get away with anything because nobody sues them.

GTBank has been holding my 32k for a month now.

forgive any typo , I just wanna share my own story.

[b]On the 22nd of May 2021 I made a withdrawal from UBA ATM using my access Bank card and they debited (#10k) me without crediting me I went berserk the next Monday at UBA , they referred to my Bank (Access Bank) , again I went to access Bank to lay complain fill form and shout on some few people whom I didn't like their tie or face .

I called Access Bank customer care and laid complain ,sent mails upon mails even copied yeye CBN yet "we will work on it was all I got" at some point they even claimed that the transaction was successful ,I was mad ,I went further to request a CCTV footage of that transaction which they couldn't produce but at least saw my seriousness, I even spoke with a lawyer friend of mine who drafted a warning for me to take to both banks and woe betide them if they reject it!!

It took the Silly banks 4 months to reverse my money..... Did I mention that one beautiful damsel from access Bank took the case up for me.

All these banks knows what they are doing and wants to frustrate people to forget their hard earned cash with them.

Mehn push hard oooh even if it's 1k stand on top customer care table and shout, your money must come out.

No need for a lawyer. Just go to the bank, shout and create real scene. Sit on the floor, tell them you won't leave until you get your 2k. The branch manager will remove the 2k from his pocket and give you. Case don settle be that. Na person like me get mind do that kind thing. I no send for this kind hard life wey we dey face for Buhari government.
