Good morning , please how can we go about an illegal transaction on the said lady’s account.
There is a fraudulent transaction on the said account , a sum of #18,100 was sent into the said account from my me the said amount didn’t reflect in the bank balance but she was alerted.she initiated another transaction immediately, successful transaction message popped up but was later alerted insufficient balance. She complained at the nearest uba bank but nothing was done.
Note: she realized when she got credit and it didn’t reflect in the balance , after d whole insufficient balance of a thing , she tried checking the balance again and saw #8,200
