The Oloja Ekun’s Coronation Planning Committee has unveiled activities to mark the monarch’s three month coronation anniversary.

Chairman, Central planning committee, Professor Adeyemi Bamgbose, MNSAP, MASAN, AAS, while briefing Newsmen during a press conference at the palace of Oloja Ekun of Igbesa land, HRM Oba Abdulazeez Oluwatoyin Akinde on Wednesday, said that ‘all is set for the three month coronation anniversary of Oloja Ekun and that the committee is ready to host a befitting event for the Kabiesi and the entire people of Igbesa land commencing from 27th of November till Saturday, 4th of December, which is the grand finale.


Professor Bamgbose, briefing Newsmen about the historical background of Igbesa and the activities lined up for the celebration of Oloja Ekun’s three month coronation anniversary, described the town as a ‘land of peace, home of enduring cultural heritage.
