Chase Express Services Limited requires the service of I.T Support Officer. Candidate must be a strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills and an outstanding Technical capabilities. Salary: very attractive
• Minimum of 2 years Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or HND
• Ability to deliver results,
• Proficiency in English,
• Excellent knowledge computer repairs and maintenance
• Open to learning, have a professional confidence and must be a strategic thinker.
LOCATION : LAGOS
Responsibilities
● Local Area Network Management
● Website backend management
● Servers management
● Management of Computing peripherals like Printers, Scanners etc
● Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
● Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the themes
● Providing IT support to users across all branches
● Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues,
replacing parts as required.
● Handling sharing of devices and Files over Network
● Handle storage, backup and protection of information
● Reporting, Advising and Sensitizing Management on Technological Issues
● Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
● Testing and evaluating new technology
