Cylinder block: Cast iron. TRANSMISSION 4 speed automatic. Drive: FWD. PERFORMANCE Power: 66 bhp. Torque: 97 Nm (72 lb-ft). 0-60 mph: 17.9 secs. Maximum speed: 88 mph (143 km/h). RUNNING COSTS 47 mpg. Euro Emission Standard: Euro IV. Notes: Small, budget car from North Korea, mechanically identical to the Kia Picanto, also a North Korean mini.
