@best-doc. the difference is in cost of living and racism. KNMU region is more expensive than LSMU, racism is minimal in LSMU. they use the same system of education, same books and share virtually everything in common. so you have to make your choice.thanks.

The first procedure is to apply for invitation(admission) letter, after which you go 4 your visa.

Good people of NL studying in ukraine is very cheap, the cost of living is also cheap, but you need to have money before coming to ukraine to avoid being stranded here in ukraine, also avoid paying your fees to your agents cos the schools here allow students to come with their fees. thanks

@Naana66, please note : first year school fees + accommodation + Registration+airport pickup +health insurance in Lugansk state medical university is $ 4700 USD.
From 2nd yr to final yr is $4200 + accommodation. without accommodation is $3500USD
cost of living approx. $100 per month depending on individual
You can get your visa yourself as far as your documents are genuine, authentication of all your documents+ lab. tests+ visa fee+ flight ticket one year open( to and fro) wil cost you about 500,000 naira.
