USA with it's famed CIA, FBI, local sheriff, PD, Homeland Security etc still has the most number of scammers, extortionists, mavericks etc than all countries in Africa put together. Innovative and advance ways of scam are rolled out daily in the USA than anywhere in World, email, phone, Mail drop, documents doctoring, hacking, phishing, impersonating, etc. Africans are simply learners albeit late learners. Africans especially Nigerians should not let the West brown beat them into accepting a false name, that indeed, NIGERIA is the HQ of scam. They're rather to accept the real name of been the HQ of the dumbest scammers! The African Prince with wealth stashed away in banks that needs a total stranger to claim it is still preferred means of scamming by someone in Nigeria.

So called Ponzi scheme originated from where? USA. A man named Charles Ponzi!

Who holds world record of the grandest and largest scam? USA! Through the bad guy Bernard Madoff! The list goes on!
Don't be lazy, use your Google. These are public information.

So how much has Africans especially Nigerians, actually stole from victims? Mere peanuts! Noted. This is by no means condoning criminals, rogues and scammers. Once caught, they should be punished. And punished well!

The irony of the whole matter is that Africans are poor scammers, using discarded methods of scamming! And repeatedly using it. And stupidly floughting wealth they ill got! Example is the illiterate called Hushpuppy or is it Good puppy, can't really recall his name.

Let me tell you my friends, if the Nigerian government gives us the task, we are capable of changing the narratives, using the Paul Kagame method: Results you can see & verify!

How do we get the job done?
It appears most Africans still have trust issue when doing Business with themselves. Business is one of the best approach of redefining the narratives. Check out China. A totalitarian state. Gifts the world all kind of diseases and pestilence, yet the world flocks to China for business! Check the USA.
USA has more gun violence than anywhere in world, there's 70% chance of a crazed out, morphine addict plugging 9mm into your brain while you sit out in a Cafe than anywhere in the world, yet 80% of the world would rather live in USA! So what's the secret? A conducive business atmosphere. A legal system that works. A free playing ground. That's what you get in Rwanda under the tall guy! PK!

I'm Rwandan, here in Rwanda, once we signed a contract we do all we can to get it done. That's how we have managed to retain the highest standard of doing business when compared with Developed Countries. That's why business is quite simple here, with fewer bureaucratic bottle necks than anywhere in Africa!

Some do say because of scammers extortionists, African is under Developed. But I tell you my friend, there are more scammers in USA than anywhere in the world! Second only to China or India.
Yet business get done in USA by those genuinely interested in doing business. Scammers still do their thing and victims still fall.

So what msg are we bringing today?
After a series of meetings yesterday, our boss, decided to make some offers.

If as an entrepreneur your concern is not to fall victim to scammers, well we are not scammers, and certainly hope you are not too, because even us are afraid of helping a scammer get foothold in Rwanda.

And to prove our Company to you, we are making the following offers which we expect serious entrepreneurs to take advantage of:

1. Just like some clients from Ghana and two from Nigeria requested on 22/11/21, ask us to do a video/virtual call with you. With all pleasure our MD/CEO or our business manager will speak to you. And clear your doubt.

2. Give us payment guarantees e.g escrow payment to maybe a known person on Nairaland, after we register your Company and you receive your Company certificate of incorporation and be able to print it directly from RDB website, he pays us. Then if you also need us to open a bank baccount for your business, we commence forthwith.

This action is to prove our genuine ness. So you prove your own genuine ness of taking action to do business that span borders by committing to this arrangement.

I'm not sure who the trustee would be on Nairaland but I'm sure it's not supposed to be a big deal.

Our contact is displayed below. Call or send us a message to get started!
Be assured of our highest regards!

This article is simply the fact, inferiority complex won't let Africans acknowledge the fact that US is the scam capital of the world

For every $1 an African scammer made with his bad grammar, an American had made $1000 hacking and using social engineering

O.P Sharap your stinky mouth,
Nigeria remains the world capital of scammers.
From internet fraudsters to Politicians, Religious leaders to security agents.
There is at least 1 scammer per square inch in the southern part of Nigeria.
The whites may initiate it but Nigeriand are taking it to another level.
Even people who cannot construct a sentence or spell correctly are cashing out big time in Nigeria.

O.P is also a scammer

That's the problem with African mentality. You identify a problem, you are branded the problem. You identify a solution, you are questioned from far off, by an idiot who probably can't invest a dollar on Data to call a number to verify or seek clarified from the Op. What a messed up brain!

You're trying with one hand to bring free info to some Africans, you are using the other hand to defend your self from same Africans you're fighting for! What a severely messed up set of people!

If a dollar isn't too much for you, drop your number let's call you, record the calls and post it on Nairaland!

You've been yapping about this ever since Davido go donations of N200+ million.

Why don't you just go and start your own GoFundMe account instead of beefing people for making donations to Davido...people should have liberty to do what they want with their own money! angry

Hey Kobicove!

Honestly Davido is non of our business. Trust me on this. You are! Probably helping you cope with the vissisitude of life with public Information, so you can at least get to be like Davido!

Davido. Fine brand. Assurance croner. Young Man with strong business guidance. Wizkid. Another great guy making NIGERIA and Africa proud. You see no one mentions these kids on qualifying the African Youth. They only remember the Nigerian scammer. In their mind, Davido & Wizkid; that's a hell of a chance in a million.

Best.

"Most of the information you need are on Google. Use the internet. If you require a more personalized service, you can contact us! A great experience is all we promise you.

Best Regards!"

The message our WhatsApp operator sent a customer this morning!

If you don't need our personalized service, use the internet. Because what we may tell you pro bono, is purely public information. And instead of giving your business false hope of having Strategic information for success, whereas all you got is public information, and later trying to blame someone for your failure due to unforseen expenses, why not leave business for the serious ones? Nothing special about this!

Honestly, some Africans are a difficult specie to do business with. Imagine someone read the original post and still went ahead to order Bigkoko African Integrated Services LTD Kigali Rwanda to provide Niche business service without the courtesy of even asking of any bills that might accrue? And when politely told about it, he got angry! Wow!

Hahahaha. Maybe we don't pay staff, electric bills, here it's constant & prepaid, water, here it's prepaid as well, taxes, here the Gov don't joke with it etc

You want to grow your business, check your business mindset. A business that doesn't pay it's bills can not go ahead. No matter what you think you know, or how cleverly you cover it or obtain info without paying for it. IT'S one of the Law of karma if you believe in that sort of thing.
Even NGOs pay bills!

Thanks
