Location - Lagos (Victoria Island)

Work Pattern - Hybrid

Experience Level - 1-3 Years

Candidates with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking who have worked with subject matter software are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand product functions and features as it pertains to each role
- Resolve disputes raised by clients on assigned tool
- Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Liaising with product team and end-users to deliver updates.
- Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
- Research and analyze the market, users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Respond to user queries and help requests.

Qualifications
- BSC/HND in related field
- Proven work experience for job role applied for.
