The truth is that sometimes Olevel does not determine who's intelligent or not. Some people may have not so good O-level results due to challenges beyond their control but along the way they do better in other exams.

Mayowa graduated with a first-class from the University of Ibadan and was the best student in the department of agricultural economics after getting F9 parallel in his NECO examinations some years ago.
