A Southwest APC youth leader has alleged that the N250,000,000 donation announced by singer Davido for orphanage homes in the country is a ploy by the PDP to influence the 2022 governorship election in Osun and Ekiti States. The youth leader made the accusations on his Facebook page on Tuesday, YeyeNews.com learned.


He wrote: “This donation is all political. Do you know that 40% of the money is to be shared in Osun and 25% in Ekiti State? That is it. The remaining 35% is what will be distributed to the rest of the country! Even the people that Davido selected to be in charge of the disbursement are all known PDP members. It is clear to us that this is meant to influence the governorship elections coming up in Osun and Ekiti States in 2022”.
