Are you sure it's not an iPhone or iPad? She might just need a sim card. |

There are open and free wireless networks all over the place. Most carriers dont offer wireless connections but she may be lucky to get some private networks who leave their wireless networks open and free. Some major places also offer free wireless network connections - especially some major hotels, airports etc. |
