Boko Haram taqiya is too much on this people's head. Instead of proscribing Fulani bandits that are spreading jihad and killing people, they went and proscribed Hausa volunteer forces that are fighting against this Fulani banditry terrorists. They have been doing this in state level since. They now stepped it in Federal level and stylishly announced it low key (without groundbreaking PR) to avoid raising dust leading to any suspicion or screening. See for yourself. Bloody hell! Vigilantee Group declared as terrorists on the assumption that they will adopt an ideology! Malami really played a fast one on everybody.
