THE NIGERIAN STATE AND THE IJAW QUESTION AS PRESENTED BY THE LOVERS OF IJAW NATION ORGANIZATION (LINO).


Read till the end of this write up, and you see why Ijaws are for Ijaw Republic or nothing else. And it has fully started and we will start to fully stop all pipelines leaving Ijaw Republic territories any day after today.
And at the end of this write up, we raise the Ijaw Republic flag in all Ijaw Republic territories.


1. IJAW AND IZON.
The Ijaw people have always lived all over the coast of West Africa. The Ijaw is no doubt the oldest tribe in Nigeria and one of the oldest tribes in Africa.
The name of the tribe was at first Izon, and due to the fishing nature of the Ijaw people, they were moving out and spreading out for greener pastures as their population increased.
And as they spread out, different sounds and words got into their different dialects of Ijaw, and made each to be little different from the next in the various subgroups and clans of the Ijaw Nation.
[27/11, 15:38] General Ditari: When the Ijaw National Congress INC was to be formed, different groups came and said that their first sets of ancestors where from the Izon.
These Subgroups that came were Ibani,Wakirike, Kalabari, Obolo, Engenni,Nembe, Ogbia, Abua etc.
The ones that didn't came, but their first ancestors were from the Izon are the Urhobo, Isoko, Efik, Ibibio, Ogoni, etc.
This is why today, the Urhobo and Isoko could understand each other fully, and they say they are different tribes.
The Efik and Ibibio say they are different tribes, but could understand each other fully too.
The Ogoni, was created from the Wakirike and Ibani Ijaw subgroups.
The Urhobo was created from the Mein clan, Arogbo clan,Ogboin clan, Tarakiri clan, etc.
When the whites came, the name of the tribe which was Izon was changed to Ijaw due to pronunciation problems by them.
Today, the name Izon which was the name of the whole tribe before have now been stereotyped to many parts of the Ijaw Nation, and not all, and these areas are the Ijaws of Ondo,Edo,Delta,and many parts of Bayelsa, and they are now known as the Izon dialect speakers.
Ijaw is now the name of the whole tribe.
THE CENTRAL DIALECT DISCUSSION.

One of the main issue in the Ijaw Nation today, is the issue of the Central dialect.
It is not giving the Ijaw Nation the most proper organized nature, as much as many Ijaws would want it to be.
They tried using the Kolokuma dialect as the Central Ijaw dialect, but it wasn't able to achieve the desired aim, because when the Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo had created their own Central dialect, the people had not gone to school so much to know that if mine is used as Central dialect, after sometime, yours will be like a second class, and when they fully found out this, they've already learnt and we're already using it, and it was too late.
If these tribes want to do a Central dialect now, it would have been a very big issue, but fortunately for them, they've done it since.
Ijaw didn't do it that time, and now that all Ijaw subgroups have gone to school and have now fully know the value of Central dialect, it is not easily possible for another clan's dialects to be taught in another clan, while the natives, neglect their own.
[27/11, 15:41] General Ditari: The Lovers of Ijaw Nation Organization (LINO) founded in 2018 and of which the aim of the Organization is to see to it that the Ijaw Nation is always united, organized, and Balanced in all aspects, and at all times, saw all these concerning the Central dialect, and decided that the best way for Ijaw to get a perfect central dialect accepted Ijaw Nation wide, is to divide all, which are being said in a language into equal parts, according to the number of Ijaw clans under Ijaw National Congress INC, and the Ijaw Youth Council IYC, and each clan representative in the group will bring the names of the equal words shared to their various clans, they will bring the names, of which that clan call them, and we collect it equally from each Ijaw clan that way, and then join it together, and Ijaw have a Central dialect accepted Ijaw Nation wide.
It will belong to none, while still belonging to all.
And all Ijaw Nation will become more united, organized and balanced like never before, and this will just be Central dialect, and each clan will still have their different clans dialects, and this will bring so much employments for all Ijaws through the movie industry, music industry, and the language teaching sector.
It will give the Ijaw Nation a movie industry, fully balanced, music industry fully balanced, and a language teaching sector all over the Ijaw Nation.
The Organization took it to the Ijaw National Congress, (INC) President, Professor Benjamin Okaba, and the INC President told us that he has arranged a team of Ijaw people, to move round and collect the majority speakers of each word in a language, among the number of Ijaw clans, and it is joined together, and that will be the Central dialect which will be picked, but the Lovers of Ijaw Nation Organization LINO, of which the aim is to see to it that the Ijaw Nation is united, Organized, and balanced in all aspects, and at all times, saw that this pattern of the INC is not the best for the Ijaw Nation.
If this pattern is followed to get the Ijaw Central dialect, different Ijaw Subgroups, will not have their words in it, and they will not want to learn it, due to the fact that all Ijaw subgroups now know the value of the Central dialect, and will only learn it if their words are there, and since their words are not there, they wouldn't want to learn it, thereby making the different Ijaw dialects, that are already being threatened by extinction to continue to tow that part more and more.
Due to the fact that as there is no Central dialect accepted Ijaw Nation wide, when Ijaws of different clans meet, after sometime, they start to communicate in Pidgin or English due to the fact that the words in the different clans are not completely mutually intelligible.
And since the Pidgin and English are now being spoken with that fluency, instead of the Ijaw, it makes the language not popular everywhere enough, and many Ijaw children will not be able to speak the Ijaw, thereby making the different Ijaw dialects to die more and more, like what is happening in different Ijaw areas, eg. Apoi West clan speak more of Yoruba, Bonny and Opobo of the Ibani-Ijaw Subgroup, speak more of Igbo, Ofoni of the Tarakiri clan, and Kiagbodo of the Mein clan, speak more of Urhobo.
Parts of Eastern Obolo in the Obolo-Ijaw subgroup speak Ibibio, and parts of Ibeno, still in the Obolo-Ijaw subgroup speak Efik.
This new Central dialect being proposed by the Lovers of Ijaw Nation Organization LINO will settle that Central dialect issue best.
And same dialect of Ijaw will be taught in all schools of the Ijaw Nation and this will in turn create great levels of employments in the language teaching sector, as well as the movie industry, and the music industry, among so many others.
If not for the sake of the Ijaw National Congress INC, and the Ijaw Youth Council IYC, in these places, for example, you would have been hearing things like this.
The Apoi, of whom are Yoruba people gave their land to their Arogbo Ijaw tenants to live but ThankGod it isnt so.
This Central dialect issue will later be fully settled, in a way that it will represent the interest of all Ijaw clans.
3.MARGINALIZATION AND BALKANIZATION

Now we are fully getting into the real business of the day.
The Nigerian system have never truly had the Ijaw people at heart.
The Ijaws produce over 90 percent of all Nigeria's crude oil, but all we get in return is marginalization, and balkanization into more than six States, which are Nigeria's, Ondo, Edo,Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa-Ibom States, when all Ijaw areas are fully together, and share perfect boundaries with each other, without other tribes entering our centre, or passing through it.
