There is place where anyone said dollars was exchanged for N127. Please point it out where you saw that. The link you provided had nothing in it. It seems you drunk dummy.

NO NO NO NO NO NO my friend. The current exchange rate of the naira to dollar according to CBN is still $1/N145/N146. While in the black market it goes for upto N170.
