Sorry but hard to believe, you bought not sold at 155 naira. The lowest CBN rate is 155 so how you get from black market at that rate

Bank exchange rate @ Ikota for travelling customer, with ticket n visa and also an account holder!

Sorry bro, is not possible reasons are dat it will be documented, as in the bank will want to see your travelling documents e.g visa, air ticket etc and also you must be a frequent customer/account holder with the said bank.

Had some 2004 series rejected at the bank (ZENITH) during my transaction some time ago
They told me they transact with only 2006 series and above i.e. 2009 series too
Thought all valid dollar bills are legal tender undecided undecided

From the experience I had in gtb, series I think means the year the dollar was produced, I went to buy dollars to pay into some ones account and they accepted some and then rejected the others saying its was 2003 series, so I went back to the mallam I bought the dollars from and he changed it to 2006 series for me.
