Kano + Lagos + other SW is enough to make him the party candidate. Then, adding around 35 - 55% of SS (He has stakes there too)....Will you say Buhari will not handover NE to him? Well, ElRufai may work against him in Kaduna, but Katsina hmmm. Buhari will be an ungrateful person if he doesnt hand over Katsina and the whole of North East he has huge influence over .
