PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Technical certification and or knowledge in Technical Area of Specialty, where applicable, (fiber/wireless/networking) CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
Extensive Cisco, Nokia Checkpoint Firewall device management and configuration.

HR
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of strong HR generalist experience in a matrixed organization.
Proven demonstration of effective line management relations in a high performance culture with a strong sense of customer service, excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including knowledge of EEO, ADA and FMLA.
Knowledge of business
Strong drive for results to ensure human resources alignment with the business unit and/or site.
Proven management skills in coaching, performance management, and facilitating business competency.
Demonstrated ability to deal directly with line management to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.

Security Officer
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

UX/UI Designer
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (IT, Computer Science, Web Design, (User Experience, Design, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science etc.) (including detailed annotated wireframes, UX design, user flows, user interface design, and process flows within complex applications) or 9 –
A portfolio featuring experience in design systems and a variety of design solutions across multiple platforms
Experience planning and facilitating discovery workshops with stakeholders
Experience with prototyping across various platforms
Ability to work in dynamic, often ambiguous conditions requiring rapid transitions between collaborative and individual work
Strong problem solving and analysis ability
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Ability to coach and lead team members and collaborators
Ability to work with remote project teams
