This is Nigeria, there are many innocent people in prisons and police cell probably forgotten. Let’s say there were just unlucky.

Our Nigerian Bar Association is useless, our human rights lawyers have no balls.

Everyone is CORRUPT.

It seems some members of the national judiciary system are part and parcel of boko haram,so boko haram members are enjoying fundamental human rights what about the rights of the innocent people mowed down, after this they will be granted amnesty. The judge is acting a script written by sponsors of the sect who are in the judiciary

Apples and oranges. These ones were in jail, the ones in the topic were 'detained' by the police for 3 years. The right thing to do after an arrest is to charge suspects to court. The police held these ones for a long time.

Bulletproofgt:
But they did not fine the police for arresting 19 men for 15years for a crime they did not commit.

Court Acquits 19 Men Accused Of Being MASSOB Members After 15 Years In Prison

How is this nonsense when it is about innocent people wrongly arrested and illegally detained longer than the law allows? Is it not the same you are saying about innocent people in the South East? So how what he is saying is nonsense .... but you saying the same thing is not nonsense? Nonsense.

Is amazing how sooo many people either don't read and understand ... or are sooo blinded by religion/tribe that they can't see the message. People are grabbed and locked away because when eventually released do not take legal action... waste of time they shout. These men have taken legal action and won .... now they are to receive fine compensation and we are mad.

That’s what exactly I am about to say, this country both in government and judicial system are biased towards some certain tribes and religion

Yes, the government hurriedly brand IPOB terrorist organization but they haven’t done one quarter of what Fulani herdsmen and bandits have done yet the government find it hard to even make an arrest or brand them terrorist, those who think about one Nigeria have a very big problem with their brains, I am not an Igbo man but I see reasons with BIAFRA trying to breakout of this country we’ve not been treated equal as if we all own this country so is fair enough to break out of a place where you’re not valued

A Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Nigerian Police Force to pay N15m fine to seven suspected members of Boko Haram over their unlawful detention for three years without trial.

And how many IPOB members are languishing in DSS and Police custody for years all over LIEGERIA?

It is so cool that you expose your daftness on a public forum.
I do not care who or where the person comes from as far as the system shows equal rights, Justice, equity and fairness.

Is it cool for a particular people to be treated unfairly and while others enjoy immunity for causing chaos? Are you this densed?
Let everyone get same treatment including my family members no matter what.

Are you serious?
Boko Haram are given the VIP treatment and my taxes is used to flex them as repentant terrorist while other persons are been invaded, killed and persecuted by security forces for daring to protect their communities from killer herdsmen and you can type?

So you do don't get to read and watch reports of innocence persons who are victims of the unjust system? So others who have been locked up since do not have lawyers including the little girl who gave in the prison?

You well so?
