Owerri Capital Development Authority, (OCDA), General Manager, Engr. Francis Onyedikachi Chukwu in a bid to ensure that corruption in the Revenue Collection of the state is reduced to the barest minimum on Tuesday, 30/10/2021 personally interviewed the applicants who applied to collect revenues on behalf of the state. The cooperate individuals who applied for the position of Revenue Collection Agents, (RCA), in the agency were in their hundreds. The interview was held at OCDA chapel.
