1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

Some Bible translation uses Jesus christ crucified but the kjv uses Jesus christ and him crucified.

Is there a difference? Yes
The latter describes Jesus as the one crucified which is true but it does fit the message Paul was passing here.

Jesus and him crucified is not Just saying Jesus who was crucified but Jesus person and his work on the cross

Paul's message is about the person of Jesus and his work of redemption on the cross.

'Jesus christ and him crucified' is the heart and center of the gospel.
