Karl max, Aristotle, Engels, st Thomas developed The Natural theory of law, According to them before a rule of human conduct can be recognized as law for the purpose of obedience. it must be recognized based on objective moral principles as dedicated by the nature of man and human beings.

Moral principles are that which guides human in making choices of right over wrong according to the naturalist.
They are objective because they are been applied everywhere either in Nigeria, the USA, Japan, Singapore e.t.c. Accor.................................................
