I currently noticed some deduction from my GTB mobile app without any debit alert or any notifications.
I started taken note of it 2days ago. 2days ago #2 was deducted, yesterday I notice #10 was deducted uptill now i haven't gotten the debit alert for the 2 deductions. Only for me to check the app today, #4 is gone. I don't know how long they have been doing this. Probably they feel I wont notice since the money its small. This is definitely not right. Shey this is how they want to pay INNOSON by stealing from customers. I am very sure it's them because i blocked my ATM about a month ago.

It is not only you, it is my salary acct if not, I would have closed this account... This is becoming another thing all together.

I noticed the same thing too Mine is even worse, if I send 10k to my gt account what I will see as balance under the alert is 9850.

I also observed that the 2naira deduction is when one uses the debit card for any online payment

Na customers account balance banks dey use pay debt, salaries,run diesel,pay NEPA bills,ATM maintenance and contribute to charity.

More than 5k have been deducted in GTB account in the last 2weeks. I am not joking I can send proof. This is just pure stealing. I can't wait to move my salary account away.

Gtb is still removing money multiple times a day from my account
