As you that we are all waiting for the release of the result of last diet, there is the need to prepare ahead and plan how to study and pass for those who did not write.

Frankly, I worry for the people who have answered this question with, “I study 16 hours a day. If I can do it, so can you.” because in this current New normal where several events are demanding for your attention, where will you get such a time?

Apart from that, Studying at such length will cause fatigue, and fatigue will lead to a lack of concentration, irritability and mood swings. If you can't concentrate, how do you plan on doing well in the exams?

Studying at such length will lead to the biggest, silent killer of all — loneliness. Humans need interaction. We weren't made to stick our head in books, to the point where our life became miserable and meaningless.

I know that the next question in your mind right is what should you do? Well, it is not a new phenomenon and if you have been following our post, I have done a comprehensive analysis of how to start studying and retain it.

One of these is the 20 to 5 method. Study well for 20 minutes, rest for five, and repeat. Put a timer on to stay disciplined. It's estimated that a two-year-old has a sustained attention span of five minutes, whilst older children and adults can attend for a maximum of 20 minutes.
