The Special Adviser to the Governor and General Manager of Owerri Capital Development Authority, OCDA, Engr. Francis Chukwu, on Wednesday inaugurated newly appointed Revenue Collection Agents, Debt Recovery and Special Taskforce Agents, who performed creditably during an organised interview exercise by the agency recently.

In his address at the event which held at the OCDA chapel, Engr. Francis Chukwu maintained that their appointment was a meritorious one in view of the fact of the transparent interview conducted for them, which he said is in line of following due process in sanitizing the system................
