Dear Nairalanders,

A piece of land in ikorodu (Adamo) or (Agbowa), I am so confused and don't know where to choose.

Why I have the two options:

Budget is just around 500k for one plot of land.

Adamo- close enough to ikorodu but I dont know anyone around there, just me and my God

Agbowa- not close enough to ikorodu but my father in-law is around there and can help me look after the construction.

The construction is just to plan for retirement ahead, I am not even planning to leave the city in another 15 years.

I need your advice on where to choose na beg I beg.
