I am sure it sounds funny he caused it, but let me throw some light into this matter.

In Trumps tenure, it was common knowledge that the US-Mexican border was blocked to illegal migration.
Illegal immigration was literally villainized and severely frowned at, such migrant actions at the border was seriously discouraged by USCBP applying harsher actions... of course all that "Build a Wall" talk was not a gimmick.

Immigrant programs such as DACA were even suspended, Deportations were increased and in short... There was no hope for illegal migration.
So essentially, in Trumps time those border activities were considerably reduced.

Now along came Biden, who had no clear cut immigration plan, his horse was basically "Anti-Trump", basically reversing every Trump act, of which included Immigration, opened borders, relaxed immigration policies, restarted immigration programs that were cancelled such as DACA... all these actions raised Hope again for illegal Immigrants and sure enough there was a rise in those numbers.

I was at the El-Paso border area just recently and if you see how immigrants are adopting strategies to Jump into Texas in large numbers, you would realise how the fear of Trump reduced some crazy things.

The countries they were running away from,are the countries some Nigerians desperately trying to Japa to. Some will leave their businesses,sell all their properties to raise money to go abroad,they don't care how the citizens of such countries are faring themselves,as long as it is overseas. Only to get there and end up miserable and come back to Nigeria without anything but shame.

I totally agree, this is why antinatalism/Gnostic teachings need to prevail on this planet. This wicked thing that controls this evil domain, which some called God/Yaweh/Grand Architect, or whatever is OBVIOUSLY okay with the suffering on this planet, and it's far too much! I plan to do my part to try to enlighten the human race in an effort to unveil the illusions that we have been taught to believe as children up til adulthood.
