The tenant agreement is another fee you pay after renting your apartment...and after paying for agent's fees.

Honestly, I don't see any use as to why people should pay for tenant agreement. For crying out loud, you've already paid for the house rent! Why should you be paying another fee under the guise of tenant agreement?

Nothing is working nt even the law itself and different means are being devised daily to extort from nt just the masses but anyone and everyone!

A female Student in UNIBEN was paying 120k as rent nt knowing the real amount was 80k. She was paying to the agent who would remove 40k and pay to landlord. Then he would collect the receipt but will issue the girl another receipt of 120k.
Until her friend questioned the price and wen other roommates were interrogated, the cat flew out of the bag!

In a Country like Nigeria, If you no wise then be Rich so that you can pay the price for your folly!!!
