Please, is it advisable to use abortion pills when not pregnant?

So I have a friend who's having symptoms of been pregnant, spotting, headache, dizziness etc. Although she's to see her period days from now, she hasn't actually missed her period.

Considering that she had unprotected sex about 7-8 days before now, where her guy confirmed that he nutted a little inside of her, she fears she could be pregnant.

Now she doesn't want to confirm at all if she's pregnant or not by going for a check (the check too might not be accurate as it is still early on). She outrightly wants to use abortion pills.

If she uses it and it turns out that she isn't pregnant, will there be a grave side effect?

She should go for blood test to advertising if she's pregnant or not... If she is, let her brace up to carry the pregnancy to term and give birth to her beautiful baby in peace.

If you had an unprotected sex and you are confirmed pregnant, carry the pregnancy to full term and deliver the innocent baby. Trying to take an abortion pills might be regrettable.
