I almost shed tears when I read the stinker written by one of the rottweillers unleashed by the dancing Senator Ademola Adeleke of PDP against his kid nephew, Dele Adeleke. The two Adelekes, who used to be buddies, are now at loggerheads because of their gubernatorial ambitions in Osun State. Both of them have obtained the PDP nomination forms to contest the 2022 gubernatorial election. However, in the piece penned by one Jimoh Adekunle, said to be a hatchet writer for the senior Adelekes, Dele was called unprintable names including a family betrayal doomed for eternal destruction. Dele's much touted importance was deflated, rubbished with ungodly adjectives. Where he was not called a leech, a drunkard and womaniser, he was called a shameless and ungrateful gold-digger. Please find below snippets of the write-up. Damning. Damaging. Repugnant. I expect Dele Adeleke to put up a defence to state his position and clear his name. If not for anything, at least for the sake of his children and children's children who are at the verge of being robed with a garb of family betrayals in future.

The PDP primary will be contested by Dele and Demola but the write up is all about Deji Adeleke. I have said it severally and i will say it again, Deji Adeleke should come out openly and contest for Governor if he wants to rule Osun state. Enough of running the contest by proxy through his poorly educated brother. Demola Adeleke cannot even run the campaign not to talk of running a state. It is not too late for Deji to also declare his intention to contest.

Yes, the best of the Adelekes should be put forward rather than the uneducated Demola they are bandying around.

It's very unfortunate that PDP as a party subject their ticket to highest bidder. Ademola Adeleke is never a governor material whatsoever, a spoil child without education or any notable career path. Deji Adeleke would have been a better choice if he decide to contest.
