DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

• The candidate should be familiar with the usage of Computers and relevant software’s

• The candidate should have experience at working on large scale highway and bridge projects.

• Should have knowledge of interior fitments

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. OPERATIONS
Guiding junior engineers over the work to be done
Coordinating with architects, consultants and designers over construction matters
Responsible for taking design decisions on site, if required
Responsible for construction on the basis of designs received from architects and designers
Making estimates of cost of raw materials and project costs
Preparing bills
2. SUPERVISION
Supervising inventory maintained by Storekeeper
Checking construction bills and ensuring their accuracy
Supervising construction carried on by Constructors
Ensuring there is no discrepancy between designs and actual construction
3. REPORTING
Reporting to PM on daily basis
Daily stock taking of the work in progress and reporting the same to the management
Responsible for completion of project on time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bsc/B.Eng Civil Engineering. Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an added advantage.
