I drive.a 2003 corolla,some months back I noticed that it jerks when transmitting from first to second gear,this degenerated to the gear not engaging in reverse.I changed the gear about a week ago but I noticed that the jerking is still there.Mechanic is now saying I have to change the ECU(brain box). Has anybody experienced this in similar car model,how do I sort this out before it spoils this new gear. |

mekus80: Before you repair anything gear/electrical/sensors make sure you scan the car to know the issue. Kindly scan and share code here 1 Like |
