You can defer the scholarship, in fact, most cases with ptdf deferral is a necessity because of how slow their process is. Some schools offer automatic deferral and some schools require you to apply for it which they may reject.

This has been answered a hundred times before. Between France Germany and Malaysia yes. But not F, G, M to the UK. You can change from the UK to any other country though.

It's like they've swapped Kano with Kaduna on the list of the interview locations. Yesterday when I got the mail and logged in the portal there was no Kaduna on the list then I chose virtual thank God I didn't submit. If anyone wants Kaduna check the portal again.

Well the deadline could be for those that have received. But I wonder why the invite should be in batches.

Yes, you can defer it to a following year. From what most awardees have said, beyond the fundamental rules they tend to be very flexible with schools, courses and dates.
