Job responsibilities:
1. The first owner of network safety and stability and responsible for the customer satisfaction rate of the networks
2. Be responsible for the project team management;
3. Internal and external communication management.
4. Effectively manage the customer's expectations on maintenance service.
5. Be responsible for customer’s satisfaction of maintenance service;
6. Lead the team to complete warranty/post-warranty contracts analysis, proactively confirm the service scope and O&M regulation with customer and output maintenance plan accordingly.
7. Manage the service delivery according to confirmed scope and plan.
8. Based on contract SLA and agreed scope to deliver the maintenance service, ensure the quality of service;
9. Resource planning and management.
10. Improve the efficiency of resource.


Key Qualifications and requirements::
• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Minimum of 7 years comparable wortk experience and familiar with ZTE equipment
• EBU management and knowledge (microwave) is prior
• Demonstrated proficiency with project planning, research, and analysis
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to create interesting, cogent, and well-edited presentations, and deliver
communications to stakeholders including executive leadership
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred
