• Drink more water to stay hydrated
• Use skin moisturizers & lip gloss
• Winter jacket & thick socks
• No undue sunlight exposure
• If walking in the Sun, use sunshades
• Avoid dust especially if ''ASTHMATIC'' wear ''FACE MASKS'' if necessary �
During harmattan, the weather can be extremely ''HOT'' in the afternoons and extremely ''COLD'' at night.
So dress accordingly.
Loose clothes - daytime
Thick clothes - evenings/early mornings[b][/b]
